The front bedroom has insulated windows at the front side of the house that receives filtered afternoon sun and another window that never receives direct sunlight.
Oak hardwoods were installed in the bedrooms and hallway when we moved in about a decade ago and show very little wear.

The wall furnace provides efficient, evenly distributed heat throughout the house, and has been well-maintained.
The front bedroom has a closet about 4 feet wide, and of standard depth.
